Very pleasant experience.
Ash called us on the way to make sure we were ok. On arrival, Ash popped out the office to introduce himself, give us the key for the car, offered us a drink and then left us to it to look over the vehicle. The car was very well presented, clean and under a gazebo style cover in case it rained. There was no pressure at any point to push anything or to rush us. We took the car for a test drive, again, no rush.
Ash explained that he had ordered a touch up stick for the couple of small stone chips on front of car. It hadn’t arrived so we picked it up on the test drive. The car is 10 years old with 90,000 miles but drives like a brand new car ! Ash showed us all the history and paperwork for the car. Although I didn’t have a vehicle to part exchange, we agreed a very good price with no hassle. While I was arranging insurance, Ash changed the registration documents online and arranged the vehicle tax for me.

Purchased a lovely quashqai from Ash and Adam. They did a few things i wanted done pre purchased and kept me updated.
A few weeks into owning the car several faults came up. They collected the car within 3 hours of contacting them for their mechanic to check it the next working day.
They believed the issue was resolved but sadly was not. Still currently with them but i honestly cannot fault how good theyve been and no problem too big. They are also footing the bill.
They've been a pleasure to deal with and i would not hesitate to buy from them again and id recommend them to anyone.
Absolutely love the car though and they looked to have some decent stock when we arrived.
